I am a passionate yoga instructor who believes that yoga is more than just movement — it is a journey toward balance, strength, and inner peace. My mission is to create a safe, welcoming, and uplifting space where students of all ages and experience levels can grow in confidence, awareness, and well-being.

 

I specialize in thoughtfully structured classes for beginners, intermediate practitioners, and advanced students alike, from those stepping onto the mat for the first time to those deepening their practice. My sessions focus on proper alignment, mindful breathing, flexibility, strength building, and relaxation, all tailored to each individual’s goals and pace.

What sets my classes apart is my personalized approach. I blend traditional yoga principles with modern techniques and compassionate guidance, ensuring students feel supported while gently encouraged to expand their limits. For the busy practitioner who wants to supplement their week with some “me” time our private yoga instructor will schedule a once a week visit with a three-month commitment.

This package is also for the busy practitioner who is looking for a deeper connection, more grounding, more flexibility mentally and physically, and would like to see results more quickly!
